[edit] Disputed tag
This article confuses two xaltocans. One is the island city in lake texcoco inhabited by the Otomi people before the spanish conquest. Lake texcoco is now dry and this xaltocan is a part of Mexico City. However both of the sources used are about a second place called xaltocan, namely the modernday municipio of Xaltocan in the state of Tlaxcala. This mixture means that in fact nothing stated in the article is correct. I will take steps to amend this situation shortly but will start by placing a totally disputed tag on the article so that readers will know the information is unreliable.·Maunus· ·ƛ· 13:35, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Eucalyptus Tree
The picture and it's caption are misleading. The picture is of a giant wild eucalyptus (over 80m high) in Tasmania. Eucalyptus were introduced to Xaltocan, and according to the article are found only in the city. The caption says "such as this one." I doubt that they reach this height in Xaltocan. Even if they do reach such heights, a picture of a eucalyptus in an urban area (preferably actually in Xaltocan) would be much more appropriate.
