WZLM (97.7 FM, "Z97") is a radio station licensed to serve Thomaston, Alabama. The station is owned by Great South Wireless LLC. It airs a Hot Adult Contemporary format.[2]

The station has been assigned these call letters by the Federal Communications Commission since November 27, 2007.[1]

In September 2003, Great South RFDC LLC (Paul S. Alexander, managing member) reached an agreement to purchase two stations, then-WEZZ-FM and now-defunct WKLF-AM, from Southeastern Broadcasting Co. (Jack H. Dennis, president) for a reported combined sale price of $1.2 million.[3]

In January 2007, this station was acquired by Great South Wireless LLC from Great South RFDC LLC as part of a six station deal for a reported total sale price of $100 plus an assumption of certain debts and obligations.[4]
