Sent by request from brbrown@triad.rr.com to me (otheus@gmail.com). I asked for a license that is free to use: "I was wondering if you could upload (or send me for uploading) an image / logo to be used in the "infobox". There are some catches, namely that the image must be in the public domain or such." So it may qualify for public domain, but I would want to contact the sender again. Given that it took him 2 weeks to reply, I think the logo tag is sufficient.
