I'm sorry I found it necessary to delete your self-image. The only reason it was a problem was the licensing. Please consider re-uploading it under creative commons share-alike attribution required, or releasing it to public domain. I usually remove images from pages where they are used prior to deletion, but I make an exception for user space pages, so you may want to edit your user page and remove the missing image.
