I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

[edit] Relief anchormen
The normal relief anchorman during Dickie Davies' tenure was Fred Dinenage. I am not aware of there having been a relief during Eamonn Andrews' tenure unless it was Davies. However, at least two other reporters are thought to have anchored the show from the studio on at least one occasion: Steve Rider and Gerald Sinstadt, though I have no idea of dates and have not found proof, so if anyone can help with these points, it may be possible to include this in the article proper.
Occasionally, a show would come from a major horse racing event, especially if it was at York, with very little from the studio, and Brough Scott would be the effective anchor.EmleyMoor (talk) 18:17, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
