[edit] Consequences of the Assassination Attempt

There is an ongoing discussion within Germany right now about whether or not Schäuble is suffering from PTSD and should be considered as mentally ill himself. He is showing symtoms of paranoia and PTSD is a very common result in victims off assassination attempts. Some text to this should possibly be under the Consequences header (in proper NPOV wording).
