It says on the page regarding Brodir of the Isle of Man that he was hung. Does anyone know whether he was tortured as described in this article or hung?

This page is based solely on the accounts in Njals saga. The article about Brodir seems to relate more to accounts from other sources. I'm quite sure nobody living knows how Brodir really died, but the story in Njals saga seems exaggurated, and is probably inspired by biblical accounts of the death of Judas the traitor.
