WNTO (93.1 FM, "Sunny 93.1") is a radio station licensed to serve Ravenswood, West Virginia. The station is owned by Sunny Broadcasting, LLC. It airs a Hot Adult Contemporary music format.[2]
The station was assigned the WNTO call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on July 5, 2006.[1]
[edit] Construction permit
On July 21, 2005 the station was granted a construction permit to change its community of license to Racine, Ohio. This move would also entail a drop in effective radiated power to 4,100 watts and an increase in antenna height above average terrain to 121.1 meters. The new transmitter location would be 38°56'56"N, 82°03'02"W. This construction permit expires on July 21, 2008.
