WMVA (1450 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a talk format. Licensed to Martinsville, Virginia, USA, it serves the Martinsville, Virginia area. The station is currently owned by Bill Wyatt, d/b/a Martinsville Media.
The station is an affiliate of the Atlanta Braves radio network, the largest radio affiliate network in Major League Baseball.[1]

For many years, this station had an FM sister station, WMVA-FM. In the 1980s, WMVA-FM's tower and studios were moved to Roanoke and became rock formatted WROV-FM. Shortly after the FM's move, the AM station was sold off.
