WILD 93.9 is a Clear Channel-owned station serving Lima, Ohio with a Rhythmic Hits format. Its studios are located with WIMA (AM) ,WIMT-FM and WBUK-FM on West Market Street in Lima. Its transmitter is located between Kalida and Columbus Grove (its city of license) in southern Putnam County.
Mornings are syndicated with WNCI's Dave and Jimmy Mornings, Wild 93.9 is also the home of DJs Ryan Dunn (host of "Dunn @ Nite") and midday host Russ Ryder, as well as "The Johnny D Network" during the afternoon drive hours. .(Johny D also on WCKY 103.7) Other on-air personalities include DJ OL Skool with his weekly after-hours show and host of "The Old Skool Block Party" on Sunday nights, and Matt Teeters, host of the overnight "Late Late Show."
WLWD along with four other Clear Channel Lima radio stations are being sold to banker American Securities under the new name Frequency Licensing Partners LLC.

The WLWD calls were previously used from 1949 to 1976 by WDTN-TV Channel 2 in Dayton, Ohio (owned by Crosley Communications, owners of the "WLW" network of stations; it is now WDTN-TV.) TV talk show host Phil Donahue, a maverick and trail blazer of TV talk shows, got his start there.
