Willie Sheehan

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Willie Sheehan was a soccer player who played in Ireland in the 1890s.

Sheehan was a forward on the amateur Bohemians of the 1890s and was one of Bohs' most important players of their early club history alongside his brother George.

His talents didn't go unnoticed and he was often picked on the Leinster representative teams alongside his Bohemian team mates John Blaney and Wilson.

Willie netted twice in Bohs 1895 Leinster Senior Cup Final triumph over Dublin University on March 16.[1].
