While I removed a large section of POV material on redevelopment (that was placed in the wrong section of the article), some previously existing material on redevelopment remains. I would suggest that the redevelopment information be examined for NPOV and expanded, or deleted. Jackollie (talk) 03:13, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notice of Conformity - Two External Links Reinstated

I am reinstating two external links that were improperly deleted on May 1, 2008. The links (to two videos hosted at the YouTube.com web site) conform to all Wikipedia content requirements. First, the videos are significant, scholarly, primary source material that is otherwise unavailable. Second, posting these video links violates no copyright, because I am the creator of the video contents and the holder of the copyright therein. Accordingly, pursuant to Wikipedia rules, any deletion of these links subsequent to the posting of this Notice shall constitute an act of vandalism, punishable by Wikipedia.
