Shvarn/Švarnas

Hi guys. I'm a little confused. Does anyone know the source for Shvarn being the son of Daniel of Galicia? Only reason I'm looking is because it seems a little odd that a Rus' prince would become the high king/grand prince of pagan Lithuania that early. If he was Rus'ian and the son of Daniil, then he why does he have an additional "Christian" name? Thanks in advance. Deacon of Pndapetzim (Talk) 07:27, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

It seems to be true despite how much bizarre that may sound. However, he ruled only for a short time and had been the only "foreigner" until PLC. Iulius (talk) 07:50, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
