"When I Said Goodbye / Summer Of Love" was the 10th single released by British pop group Steps. The AA-side consisted of "When I Said Goodbye", a ballad taken from their current album Steptacular, and a previously unavailable track titled "Summer Of Love". The latter is a Latino-flavoured uptempo pop song, which later appeared on their third album Buzz. It features various lyrics in Spanish which include: Disfruta la vida (Enjoy life) and Pienso que te quiero (I think that I love you).

[edit] Music videos
The video for "When I Said Goodbye" was a black-and-white video shot in Rome, Italy. It featured shots of the members singing solemnly. In contrast, the video for the latino-flavoured "Summer Of Love" featured brightly-coloured clothes and energetic dancing. It also portrayed Steps and their dancers as "good steps" (very colorful and dressed innocently) and "bad steps" (dressed in leather, with black makeup, very raunchy looking) in the end good steps chase bad steps away with their amazing dancing.
