[edit] To: Where, Regarding your welcome and Deletion of Free Civ Fanatics

First off, let me say that I couldn't locate the messageing function and I hope this is it, I thank you for welcomeing me and I would like to know what the purpose is to being a member (besides haveing the user page). Concerning the Deletion of Free Civ Fanatics, i'm aware it doesn't meet a few of your requirements, but I haven't got anyone else to help me, You also have destroyed two links to it, in "April 1st, 2007" and "Civilization Fanatics Center" neither of which was put in place by me which shows its notability.
