[edit] Take a Look at WikiSchools

I'm pleased to see the Wildcats listed here. May I recommend checking out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Schools for formatting information and guidelines on how to improve the article's encyclopedic content.

[edit] Assessment rationale

Rated it a Start Class, and of Low Importance. But don't fret, its a great start!!

Still, there's a lot of work to be done to make the WGHS page look great. I would recommend getting rid of all the lists, and creating a more encyclopedic narrative that gives more context to the information you already have. Tell us, in factual terms and clear prose, why your school is important. Also, references are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for all of the external information you pull in. Its good to see an infobox, however I would consider making it more comprehensive. Please have a look at Wikipedia's Manual of Style and other information on citing sources for help on how to make your page fulfill all the criteria of an well-written, encyclopedic article.

As for the importance level, I think, given the current formatting, much of the information is too out of context to speak to a broader audience. Unfortunately, all the lists leave too many holes. For example (and this is only one of many), I'd like to know more about the athletics program. What leagues/divisions it competes in, maybe more about all the athletic offerings the school has, definately information about its facilities, and other important facts. The same goes for the "Clubs and activities" and "Recognitions" sections. You could combine your "Class Profile" and "Recognized academic programs" sections into a more comprehensive narrative, which speaks about the specific school curriculum, its successes (including graduation data), etc. Following through with these suggestions should help to bring this article up to B-Class and Mid importance. If you're looking to put more work in, it could even be nominated for GA-Class.

Of course these are only suggestions, but the CRUCIAL thing to think about here is developing an encyclopedic narrative.

Remember, knowledge is the one of the greatest gifts you could ever give, and you are doing a wonderful service by contributing to the ever-growing knowledge base that is Wikipedia. Great start and best of luck improving this article!
