Well turnabout is fair play. Recently, Crown College (Tennessee) was listed as non-notable, and I gave this site as a reason why we should keep the article. I firmly believe that Colleges should remain on wikipedia. But I don't have time to go around and research every small Bible College, and write an article for them (this could be an argument for deleting them, since supposedly if it is notable, more people would be editting it). But I propose a compromise. What if we created an article called "Independent Baptist College", which gives a paragraph on the many colleges that would lack a certain notability. This could be supplemented with "Southern Baptist Colleges", "Presbyterian Colleges", etc. We could redirect West Coast Baptist College to this new article, so as to prevent us deleting an article and a month later it popping right back up again. Or even better get the alumni of these colleges to write more about their school. Just giving out options. Mgroop 14:12, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
I have graduated from this facility and it is top-ranked...in my book! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.212.60.87 (talk) 05:03, August 24, 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Student Body Size
Regarding the size of student body, I called the college and asked what their size was, that was where I got the 800 number. However that would be original research, and as such not appropriate for wiki. Anyway, this was the only reference I could find, and it sets the student body size 100 students smaller than the college's official number. So 800 would probably be more accurate (as of October 10, 2006), but 700 is the size given by a citable source. Mgroop 21:02, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
