WCSY (103.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting an oldies format. Licensed to Hartford, Michigan, the station has filed a construction permit to move its community of license to South Haven, Michigan. On January 7, 2008, the station changed its branding to "103.7 Cosy-FM". The WCSY were moved to the 103.7 FM frequency ten days later from 98.3, which in turn changed call letters to WSJM-FM.
WCSY airs the "Oldies Plus" format from Waitt Radio Networks.
