On October 01, 2007 the station was granted a construction permit to become a Class C3 FM Station licensed to serve Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The new station will broadcast with an effective radiated power of 20,000 Watts at a height above average terrain of 85 meters (279 feet). This construction permit expires on October 01, 2010.
