Watoga State Park is the largest[1] of West Virginia’s state parks, covering slightly over 10,100 acres (41 km²). Located near Seebert, West Virginia, in Pocahontas County, Watoga State Park was built during the 1930’s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), and opened July, 1937.[2] The park headquarters is located at (38.103611, -80.149722)[1], next to the restaurant.
