BigBang19, please stop whatever you're doing. I'm reverting your changes. A 10k-sized blocks of Japanese text isn't making this article any better, not to mention some of this stuff has absolutely nothing to do with this article anyway (like Watarai-nokori, formerly part of Ise Province...this is different than Watarai-gun, part of Mie Prefecture).

I live right next door to this place, let me assure you, the Wikipedia article for Watarai-gun does not need to be anywhere near 10k in size.
