Warwick Gates is a large, newly developed housing estate and suburban area in south-west Warwick. Although separated from Warwick town centre by open fields, Warwick Gate falls within the Warwick South and Bishops Tachbrook parish. Warwick Gate is adjacent to Whitnash, a small town which is a suburb of Leamington Spa. It contains a Cannons health club, some industrial premises and a small area of shops which include a Co-op Lateshop, a GP's surgery and a community centre. Warwick Gates has a maximum speed of 30 mph. The Tachbrook Park industrial estate and Heathcote industrial estate are located nearby. The Royal Leamington Spa Rehabilitation Hospital is by Warwick Gates.
Nearby suburbs are Bishops Tachbrook. Warwick Gates is well connected to the M40 motorway, making commuting to such cities as London, Birmingham and Oxford convenient.
