I have rated the 20 May 2008 version of this article as B class. It seems to be quite comprehensive to a non-expert like myself, so it is probably fairly close to Good Article status. However, before it gets there it will need some significant work to the references (the article uses a large amount of unsourced statistics) and perhaps the addition of an image or two to break up the text. If you are stuck for images, you can always use ones of Welsh Labour politicians mentioned in the article (such as Aneurin Bevan). Road Wizard (talk) 23:38, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
