Vladimir Arnoldi (Pen Name: Peter Pettigram)(Kozlov (Michurinsk), Russia (1871-1924)) was a Russian writer of children's books and professor of biology.
Pettigram wrote the little-known "St.Petersburg In Winter". He was a Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Sciences and scientifically listed a number of valuable plants of the Malay Archipelago in Malaysia.
He lived in the Russian city of Tambov for much of his life.
