Unknown questions:

  • When was the Buckroe Beach end realigned?
  • Why did it end at Warwick Boulevard? Did SR 351 cross it at grade?
  • Did it use Rip Rap Road to King Street until the new alignment was done?

[edit] Clarification request on this articles link to Hampton Ferry

In disambiguating the article on Hampton Ferry (of which there are several around the world), I came across this article's link there. I can find no other reference to this ferry in WP, and the none of the ferries listed in Transportation in Virginia seem to quite match up to it. I'm not clear if it is a current or historic ferry, or indeed a mistake in the article.

For now I've dabbed it to Hampton Ferry (Hampton, Virginia), and also linked that from the dab page. But I'm not sure if that is right. Can anybody clarify?. -- Chris j wood (talk) 14:57, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Ok, no response to this question in 7 days, so the odds are that the original author is no longer with us. I'm going to remove the reference in this article, and the link on the dab page. Please feel free to reinstate (with more descriptive link target) if you know better. -- Chris j wood (talk) 09:56, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
