The Vinschgau Valley (Italian: Val Venosta, German: Vinschgau, Ladin: Vnuost), or Venosta Valley, is the upper part of the Adige (German: Etsch; Ladin: Adesc) river valley, in the western part of the province of Bolzano-Bozen, Italy.

The valley runs in a west-east orientation, between the Resia Pass and Merano (German: Meran; Ladin: Meran). Due to a rather warm climate and a lack of rain (400mm per year), the apple orchards there are irrigated. According to the 2001 census, 97% of the population of the valley speaks German as a first language, and 3% Italian.

Vinschgau (Venosta) Valley is also the name of a district (Italian: comprensorio, German: Bezirksgemeinschaft), in which the 13 municipalities of the cooperate. These municipalities are:

• Taufers im Münstertal (Tubre)
