Villeneuve-le-Roi is a commune in the southern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 13.7 km. (8.5 miles) from the center of Paris.
One-quarter of Orly International Airport lies on the territory of the commune of Villeneuve-le-Roi.
Current French Minister of Defence Michèle Alliot-Marie was born in this very town in 1946.
