Viktor Arsenevich Kapitonov (Russian: Виктор Арсеньевич Капитонов, October 25, 1933 – March 5, 2005) was a Soviet cyclist and Olympic Champion.
He was born in Kalinin.
He won gold medal at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome, on the Individual Road Race.[1] He also obtained a bronze medal in the Team Road Race.
