"Uncertain Death" - I never heard of these claims, nor seen them published by any reputable source. Someone care to make some citations, or is this pure original research? 121.45.230.162 12:18, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

The content of the section is mostly forked from List of characters in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, which had long included this rumor that mostly circulates among fans. It's well circulated among the circle and is re-added every time it's removed, but it's still non-notable fan cruft and is not cited by notable and reliable sources. This rumor isn't Wikipedia material, so it's OK to be removed. ╫ ２５ ^{◀RingADing▶} 13:48, 25 March 2007 (UTC) ╫

Actually, I would love to hear the opinion of someone besides an unregistred user on this one. If someone with a username has a credible reason for disposal of this image, I'll accept it. Johnnyfog 14:29, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

I think the current image should be replaced for the only reason that it is blurry and taken from the very first trailer for the game. I believe that we should replace it with a more recent and clear image of Victor Vance. .:Alex:. 17:39, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

there should be a page about this victor vance does differ from the rest of the previous protagnist actually showing remorse for what he has done and does not want to particpate in the drug trade

Alright, now there are who say that Vic was killed in Vice City becuase of the website BUT... They only mention Vic on the website, there is no pic of him on his mini-profile on the website, so that Brother may have still been Pete. So that right there is people just jumping to conclusions and saying "It was Vic" when that source is not all that solid. So lets just keep the "Did Vic die" part on the Vic Vance article to where it is right now.

Since when did his appearance matter? The file said Victor Vance and that he and Lance were the only two members of the family. And that was made long before VCS and Pete came about, therefore it MUST be Victor who dies at the beginning because Lance definately doesn't. For some reason people just refuse to accept that Vic dies. The whole Pete thing is just pure speculation. - .:Alex:. 15:03, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

Dude, the Vic Vance is dead is also pure speculation, Vic didn't want to do anything with drugs at the end of VCS, besides, they could have sent Pete out for them insted even though he sin't in there gang, but i won't get into that because that's forum talk, lets just keep the article where it is and so lets not add "But Pete Vance died becuase Vic does not have a Latin accent" or "But Vic is only mentioned on the VC website so he was the one who died". Vic's name was NEVER mentioned outside the website. Lance mentions a dead brother when talking about Diaz or a brother treating him bad a couple of times but never reveal the name. Probably I think Pete died. But that's something I can discuss on forums instead.
