Vemavaram

Vemavaram is a revenue village under the Tadepalle Pancayat Area in Vijayawada Rural Mandal. With a population of about one-hundred people, this village is situated at a distance of about 6 kilometers from the boarder of Vijayawada. It covers mainly valuable mango garden lands on the eastern side of Vemavaram Konda. Also, it covers agricultural lands both irrigated and dry crop lands on the western side of the hill.

In the recent past, some families, mainly pot makers, are settling in this village on the road-side in the area of Gandu cheruvu.
