Veľké Kosihy (Hungarian: Nagykeszi) is a village and municipality in the Komárno District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1268.

The village lies at an altitude of 112 metres and covers an area of 24.403 km². It has a population of 970, of which 11.1% are of Slovak ethnicity and 85.5% of Hungarian ethnicity.
