Veľká Lomnica (German: Großlomnitz, Hungarian: Kakaslomnic) is a village and municipality in Kežmarok District in the Prešov Region of north Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1257.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 639 metres and covers an area of 19.117km² . It has a population of about 3,770 people.
