[edit] please note

please note the discussion on the biased name for war in croatia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Croatian_War_of_Independence, which is proposed to be moved to its original title.

[edit] Kosovo

Hello. There's a discussion and vote going on at Talk:Kosovo#Kosovo:_terminology as to whether or not it's better to use Kosovo rather than Kosovan or Kosovar in the Wikipedia articles. You've contributed to Balkans articles in the past and I thought you might have an interest. Cheers. 16:14, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Beli Dvor

Please do not change or delete information pertaining the history of the house's construction. Its architectural history was scrupulously researched by James A. Abbott (whose book is cited in the footnotes); photographs of the house were loaned to the book by Crown Prince Alexander II.72.80.103.252 02:58, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:PILOTI1.gif

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:PILOTI1.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit] Possibly unfree Image:Elizabeth_berkley.jpg

An image that you uploaded or altered, Image:Elizabeth_berkley.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images because its copyright status is disputed. If the image's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the image description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Rockfang (talk) 14:40, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Pictograms

Please stop inserting little images at the beginning of various articles. It's oddly annoying, and they simply don't belong. - auburnpilot talk 20:57, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

I strongly agree, they have no purpose that I can find - Adrian Pingstone (talk) 21:37, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Zvonko2.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Zvonko2.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 00:48, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

There were things removed that weren't explained. Badagnani (talk) 01:13, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Slika

Zdravo Vanja.

--Pockey (talk) 23:43, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Milka Canić

A tag has been placed on Milka Canić, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

{{{2}}}

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Pockey (talk) 23:48, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
