No Discussion page at all! Well anyway, we should create a wikiquote page, filled with the quotes on the bottom of Jyhad cards. Mathiastck 17:20, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image of expansion symbols

When asking White Wolf for permission to show VtES-expansion symbols, the request was politely declined by Oscar Garza (organized play coordinator). So, no images on Wikipedia, description of symbols must suffice.Extrala 06:55, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] VTES Wiki???

I see someone has reinserted the WTES Wiki. Looking through their recent changes history, I see one edit during the last 7 days. Their main page had THREE updates in the last two years. What do other people think - should it be kept? Cheers Ingolfson 21:32, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

That was me. I thought it was an oversight that it wasn't there to begin with. If the link was up before, why was it taken down? I would think that the wiki would be a sensible thing to link to. Eppythatcher 02:54, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
I deleted it for the same reason I am now discussing whether it should be on here. - the reasons I gave above:it seems close to dead, in terms of people working on it. However, if other Wikipedians think it should remain, I won't lobby for deleting it again, so lets just see what the rest of the usual editors think. Cheers Ingolfson 04:14, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
I misunderstood somehow; I didn't realise you were talking about the activity level of the V:TES wiki (seems stupid now). The only argument I have for keeping it would be that the link from wikipedia might spur more activity on the V:TES wiki, but maybe that is over-optimistic. I'm fine with it staying or being removed.Eppythatcher 13:59, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
Nah, let it stay - I should not have deleted it in any case, seeing that it seems fairly sizable. Ingolfson 09:19, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Vtes Grelarge.gif

Image:Vtes Grelarge.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Good that someone was on the ball ;-) Thanks, Jhattara. Ingolfson (talk) 07:29, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Demo Decks

I wouldn't include the demo decks into the expansion table/list, since these are no regular expansions, they are pure promotional material. If you include demo decks you could also include WW promo material/tournament packs into the list with the same reasoning. Extrala (talk) 09:40, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

I agree. I removed them from the list. Someone can add them to a different (appropriate) place in the article. --Jhattara (Talk ยท Contrib) 09:48, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
