Uttar Kamakhyaguri is a census town under Kumargram police station of Alipurduar subdivision [1] in Jalpaiguri district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

As of 2001 India census[2], Uttar Kamakhyaguri had a population of 10,544. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Uttar Kamakhyaguri has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82%, and female literacy is 73%. In Uttar Kamakhyaguri, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
