Usami Station (宇佐美駅 -eki?) is a station located in the northern part of Itō, Shizuoka, Japan.

This station has two side platforms facing to each other. A simple Suica ticket gate and seat reservation dispenser are installed.

- December 15, 1938: Opened along with opening of Itō Line between Ajiro and Itō.
- January 10, 1963: Discontinued freight services.
- April 1, 1987: Along with division and privatization, East Japan Railway Company started operating this station.
- June 29, 2007: Midori no Madoguchi was removed.
- June 30, 2007: A seat reservation dispenser was installed.
