Someone should mention Shenmue. Timesplitters 2 also had minigames that one could locate and play, including Snake and Lunar Lander.

[edit] Marvel Ultimate Alliance's Pitfall

I deleted Marvel: Ultimate Alliance's Pitfall! level as it's not unlockable. It's just a level (as the Breakout one), you can't replay it after you beat that level (unless you keep a save file previous to that).
