The United Junior Hockey League is a Junior "A" ice hockey league scheduled to begin play in the 2008-09 season. The season is planned to be 55 games long, with two showcase tournaments to be held in addition to the league's playoffs.[2]
Three teams – the Penn Enforcers, Philadelphia Thunder (formerly known as the Delaware Thunder) and Wooster Oilers – will transfer from the America East Hockey League.
