I would suggest integrating this into our {{WikiProject Universities}} template. We already have a tag for COTF, so we could easily reduce clutter on talk pages by integrating. I recently posted on the talk page there. Perhaps we can integrate this template and the COTF-Now template into the WP Uni template.
