this article seems more like a official prospectus of a educational institution then a standard wikipedia article.actually its not a wikipedia article at all

Is this a real university or a sub standard one like their claimed partners the 'University' of Bedfordshire UK? The link to the alleged website requires a password and the content of the page seems as if it could have just been made up! Can we have some real references please?
