This article is a terrible one, biased, full of prejudiced perceptions and not worthy to be included in the great Wikipedia project.

[edit] NPOV!!!
This article is riddled with ultra-conservative and ethnocentric POV...suggesting that the USAF actually had any real effect on the war effort. This article needs to be cleaned from the sentiments of sore losers from the US. Preferably, non-American, non-Australian editors for this page needed or at least those whose family backgrounds do not come from military experience during the war.
This article and its "contributors" do not even mention that USAF campaigns were so disasterous and frankly ineffective, they suferred 48% casualties during the 8 years of bombing campaigns!!! Why don't most americans even know this?! F-4 planes, for instance, were so comically fragile, they could have been easily taken down with small arms fire! My aunt on my father's side was a southerner woh regrouped to the north in 1954, and her communications unit stationed at Vinh shot down 3 F-4s with only AK-47s and RPGs!

Can you give evidence of the 48% casualty rate? Where did you get those numbers from? The original bombing campaigns, like Rolling Thunder, were quite ineffective. However, later campaigns were much more effective and accurate, due to laser guided bombs. 24.145.144.187 (talk) 20:04, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Fuzzles
