The Wych Elm Ulmus glabra cultivar 'Minor' was described by Loudon in Arb. Fruit. Brit. 3: 1898 as having "more branching and spreading habit, of lower growth, with more twiggy shoots and these more densely clothed with leaves" [1]. It is unlikely the tree remains in cultivation.
