Should the roads listed be in geographical order, or senority (i.e. motorways above primary routes, standard A-Roads, B-Roads etc)??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.130.126.118 (talk • contribs)

Erm. I change my mind on this often. Seniority looks neater, but geographical is more accurate. Really I don't think there is a defined position. I'll raise this at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK Roads Regan123 (talk) 19:45, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
I dont see a real need for them to be there but there is consensus they should be there then If you have the junction/exit list thing then there is no need for them to be in order. I think it would look much tidier if they arranged by class and number. There is no need for information to be repeated twice if it just looks untidy. Seddon69 (talk) 12:59, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Places

shouldnt we replace the PD list with an important places list and have the Primary destinations Italic. FM (talk) 13:00, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

That leads to the problem of how to define "important" – at least Primary Destinations are clearly defined. And as an encyclopedia, best practice is to report existing conventions rather than starting new ones.  — MapsMan talk | cont ] — 12:01, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
