[edit] reliability

I think the statements on reliability need to be put into perspective. While it seems true that the cars are easy to repair by the owners, it also seems as if there is always somnething that needs to be fixed. Rule of thumb seems to be one maintenace session every 1000-1500 km off paved roads. Part of the problem are probably substandard spare parts and the decline of product qualitity mentioned in the article, but even then I think stating that they are known to be "extremely reliable" does sound incorrect. I don't know where one could find reliable sources, though. Btw. would it be worth mentioning that the car can be started by cranking if the electric starter fails?
