It's probably a good idea to not save an article until there's enough there for people to know what it's about. In the cases of articles like Eva-Marie Liffner and Pernille Rygg, someone may come along and delete them for not having any content. If that happens, you can go ahead and re-create them (as long as the recreated version has content), but you can make like easier for yourself and the RC patrollers by not creating a new article until there's actually content there.
