[edit] Not a dab page

I've changed this page from a disambiguation page to something more like a summary page for the two main articles Bosporus and Dardanelles. I think it wasn't really a dab page. When somebody says "Turkish Straits", they don't mean to refer to either the Bosporus or the Dardanelles, so there's no need to sort that out for them; they refer to both together.
