Although I'm referred to as TruthInEvidence on Wikipedia, my real name is Jason W. Smith. I currently live in Elmhurst, Illinois near Chicago. I was born just outside of Houston near George Bush Intercontinental Airport in the town of Humble, Texas. Although it is debated among historians, Humble is where Howard Hughes is believed to have been born.

Much of my time is spent at my job in operations at BioMed Plus, a pharmaceutical distribution center.

In April of 2005, I entered a contest through a local television station to participate in the Las Vegas Centennial Celebration's "Once Upon 100 Weddings" event, and won. My fiance Dayna and I were married at the event as one of 100 couples from around the world.

Dayna and I have three sons. Hudson Aleksander Smith was our first son, born on October 19, 2004. Hudson is named after after the Hudson River (which was named for Henry Hudson), stemming from my adulation for New York. Our other two sons are twins, Aden London Smith and Ashton Darwin Smith, who were both born on July 28, 2006.
