Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico

On October 4, 2006 The Trump Organization CEO Donald J. Trump and Los Angeles-based real estate development and investment company Irongate announced plans for Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico, a luxury condominium-hotel resort located in the Playas de Tijuana borough of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, just 30 minutes south of downtown San Diego.

This is the second Trump-Irongate joint venture. It follows the Trump International Hotel and Tower (Honolulu) venture.

The project will be a 3 tower, 25 story, 526 unit condo-hotel.
