Troy Pannell

Troy Pannell, brother of Peita Pannell, is an Australian rules football field umpire in the Australian Football League. He has umpired 28 career games in the AFL. [1] [2] In 2004, before his AFL career began, he was awarded the Golden Whistle by the New South Wales Australian Football Umpires Association [3] At the end of the 2007 season, Pannell was stood down for lack of descision making.
