Tromsø University College (Norwegian: Høgskolen i Tromsø) or HiTø is a university college located in Tromsø, Norway with programs within health care, engineering, business administration, teaching and music, dance and drama. Students belong to the Student Welfare Organisation in Tromsø.

The college dates back to 1994 when the University college reform created one regional college of the four previously autonomous state colleges Tromsø Teacher College, Tromsø Maritime College, Tromsø Nursing College and Northern Norway Music Conservatory. There have been launched ideas to merge the college with the University of Tromsø.
